“Made in China phones” here means handsets designed and manufactured by Chinese brands — HUAWEI, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, HONOR, OnePlus, realme, Meizu, Redmi, iQOO and nubia. Most of them ship both a China-market version and a global version: the global one usually adds multi-band LTE/5G and Google services, while the China version may use a different band set and software build. Two phones with the same name can therefore differ in bands, ROM and charger — check the band list and the ROM variant first.

Yes. Several brands sell global models in Europe, Asia and Latin America; others are mainly sold in China and are widely available through import channels. Global models normally include Google services and broader band support.
Global models ship with Google Play. China-market models usually do not, though Play can often be installed manually. Check the ROM variant before buying.
